• The project must be a Filipino or Southeast Asian feature-length fiction film in active development.
• A completed treatment and the key creative/production team must be in place.
• Projects completed before November 21, 2025, are not eligible.
• The project must not be fully financed.
• A director and producer must be attached.
• The director must have directed at least one short or feature film.
• The producer must have produced at least one short or feature film.
• Only projects with complete documentation will be considered.

• Applications must be submitted online through the official QPM 2025 form.
• Each project must be submitted individually with all required materials.
• Only submissions received within the application period will be accepted.

• Logline: Up to 3 sentences.
• Synopsis: Maximum 300 words.
• Director’s Statement: Maximum 300 words.
• Producer’s Statement: Maximum 300 words.
• Production Schedule: Indicate the stages (development, pre-production, production, post-production, distribution).

• Official invitation for one (1) director and one (1) producer representative to attend the QCinema Project  Market 2025.
• Roundtrip flight ticket for one (1) director and one (1) producer.
• One (1) complimentary 4-night accommodation for each project.
• Two (2) QCinema Industry badges, granting full access to all QCinema Industry 2025 programs and events.
• One-on-one business meetings with film industry professionals, decision-makers, and potential collaborators.
• Automatic nomination for QCinema Project Market 2025 awards.

• Both the director and the producer must attend QPM in person
• Attendance in all arranged meetings is mandatory
• Projects must acknowledge QPM/QCIFF in completed film credits
• For winning QPM projects, the film is required to have a premiere at the QCinema International Film Festival.
• All selected projects are required to submit quarterly progress reports, a final report, and any other deliverables that will be specified in the agreement.

QPM will notify the selection results to the filmmakers by August. The decisions of the QPM organizers and jury are final and binding. Any disputes will be resolved at their sole discretion.
