Accredited companies and individuals will receive a badge to participate in the market. Prior to registration, please read the FAQs to determine eligibility.

1. What does the QCinema Industry Badge cover?
The Industry Badge provides access to:
- Free five (5) tickets to QCinema festival screenings
- QCinema Project Market (all market activities and co-production meetings)

- Industry panels, workshops, and forums
- Networking events with industry professionals
- Special screenings and premieres exclusive to badge holders

3. How much does the QCinema Industry Badge cost?
The QCinema Industry Badge is available at the following rates:
- Early Bird Rate: PHP 2,300 (until October 15, 2024)
- Regular Rate: PHP 2,500 (from October 16 to November 6, 2024)
- On-Site Rate: PHP 3,000 (during the festival dates from November 8-16, 2024)
4. How much does the QCinema Market Badge cost?
The QCinema Market Badge costs PHP 1,500.
5. Can I attend regular film screenings with the Industry Badge?
Yes, Industry Badge holders have access to regular film screenings and premieres. It is recommended to book screenings online in advance as seating may be limited for popular films.
6. Can I attend regular film screenings with the Market Badge?
No. The Market Badge doesn’t come with free cinema tickets.
7. Are meals and accommodations included in the price of the Industry and Market Badges?
No, meals and accommodations are not included with the QCinema Industry Badge. Badge holders are responsible for arranging their own lodging and dining during the festival.
8. How do I apply for the QCinema Industry or Market Badges?
You can apply for the Industry or Market Badges through the QCinema Industry Website or by filling out the application form below:

9. Are the QCinema Industry and Market Badges transferable?
No, the QCinema Industry and Market Badges are non-transferable. Each badge is assigned to an individual and must be worn at all times during the festival events.
10. Can I get a refund if I’m unable to attend?
Refunds are only available if requested in writing before November 8, 2024. A cancellation fee of 25% will be deducted from the refunded amount. After November 8, no refunds will be processed.
12. How do I schedule meetings with the selected projects at QCinema Project Market?
QCinema Project Market has dedicated meeting schedulers onsite for Industry and Market Badges holders who want to arrange one-on-one meetings with the participating projects at the Project Market. Please approach our registration desk at the Project Market Hall and express your interest in meeting the projects.
13. How do I collect my QCinema Industry or Market Badge?
Badges can be collected on-site at Gateway Mall from November 8, 2024 to November 13, 2024; and at the Project Market Hall, Versailles Tent, 7th floor, Novotel. To claim your badge, you will need a valid ID.
